Academic Background:
Dr. Irfan Shah has completed his PhD at Universiti Sains Malaysia under the prestigious “The World Academy of Sciences” Fellowship. His area of research is Surface Chemistry and Catalysis, and worked on materials fabrication, surface impregnation, in-depth characterizations and diverse applications including water treatment, biodiesel production, antibacterial studies. He has published his results in the internationally reputed research journals. Dr. Irfan also presented his work in several international conferences, seminars and symposium. Besides teaching and research, Dr. Irfan is an active reviewer for several research journals. His area of interest is carbon based materials, graphene and derivatives, metals oxides and polymeric materials. He is interested in research collaboration and is a dynamic personality keen to work in a vibrant environment.
