Eligibility & Qualifications

• Degree: MS/M.Phil (18 years education) in Business Administration with minimum 3.00 CGPA from an HEC recognized institute/university.
• Experience: Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Age Limit: Maximum 45 years (Age relaxation may be granted as per rules).
• Preference: Candidates having experience with an Engineering/Technical background will be preferred.

Desired Skills & Job Description

To lead, manage, and scale the university’s Business Incubation Center (BIC) in accordance with the HEC & BIC Policy. The incumbent will foster a campus-wide innovation ecosystem, commercialize academic research, drive strategic industrial partnerships, and ensure strict data compliance with HEC annual performance scorecard parameters.

• Application Fee: Candidates must deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,000/- in NBP, AUST Branch (Account No: NBP-4139314344) in favour of the Treasurer, Abbottabad University of Science & Technology, Havelian, and attach the original deposit slip/Bank Draft.
• Duly completed application forms along with attested photocopies of educational testimonials, experience certificates, CNIC, recent passport-size photographs, and certificates of distinction (if any) must reach the Registrar’s Office on or before the closing date.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
