The department of Physics is to encourage the development of quality academic education of students and the provision of educational and scientific research through the implementation of the teaching process. Within its work it needs to create new knowledge and promote the latest scientific knowledge and achievements of national and international educational and research institutions and individuals, and to pass this knowledge to students and entrepreneurs in practice. We have to provide an appropriate level of quality education based on the best curriculum of the world. To awake the young minds and discover their talents both in theoretical and experimental Physics through dedication to teaching, commitment to students and innovative instructional methods. By organizing the developmental activities and make the department more vibrant. To make vital contributions in areas of emphasis such as faculty, modern labs, department’s library, demonstration hall, and a high level of competence in the study of experimental/theoretical Physics. To introduce pioneering programs in the department that will embrace heritage and values of the university. Efficient operating/evaluation systems will be organized and sustain in the department for realization of our objectives as department of eminence and international standards. The department of physics engages with the university community and the outer communities by providing greater understanding of the nature of science, an appreciation of physics in everyday life and technical expertise.
