Green Youth Movement (GYM) Club and AUST Environmental Management Society, under the umbrella of Student Support Center, Abbottabad University of Science and Technology, observed World Environment Day on Monday June 6, 2022. In this regards, a short video/film making competition and an awareness seminar at Orish Hall was organized. The speaker of the session was Mr. M Hammad Asst. Project Manager Rehabilitation of Natural Resources. The speaker along with the team of judges announced the best three videos and distributed distinction shields.
The event ended on the Inauguration ceremony of GYM Club at AUST by planting trees at new academic building by the worthy Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Tahir I Khan, Director Admin Mr. Ajmal Khan Jadoon, Guest speaker Mr. M. Hammad and winners of the competition.
